Position Summary:
As a Senior QC Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and quality of Thermo Fisher Scientific’s products by executing analytical tests, maintaining QC documentation, and contributing to quality control processes for new product introduction. This is a lab-based role ideal for professionals with strong analytical, documentation, and team collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform analytical tests on samples in accordance with defined specifications and procedures
Analyze test results and ensure compliance with quality standards
Execute assays within defined turnaround time
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of QC activities and outcomes
Support validation data preparation during New Product Introduction (NPI)
Take responsibility for safety and quality compliance in the workspace
Collaborate across teams with integrity and a quality-first mindset
Assist with inventory tracking and management of QC reagents
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Master’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field
Technical & Soft Skills:
High attention to detail and quality focus
Solid verbal and written communication abilities
Good analytical and judgment skills
Persistence in overcoming challenges and completing tasks
Strong adherence to process and management directions
Ability to work collaboratively and maintain documentation integrity
