About the Antibody Team:
This specialized team focuses on the design, development, purification, conjugation, and testing of antibodies with a deep emphasis on reagent quality and application specificity. Their goal is to drive advanced product development using cutting-edge molecular and protein biology tools to support research across the globe.


Role Summary:
As a Scientist III – Protein Biology, you will lead advanced antibody development workflows and scientific teams to execute innovation-driven R&D strategies. You will contribute significantly to developing protocols for antibody screening and selection, guide scientific decision-making, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful product development and commercialization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a scientific team in antibody development, testing, and screening

  • Drive innovation in workflow conceptualization and screening strategies

  • Mentor junior scientists on experimental design, execution, and data interpretation

  • Serve as an expert in antibody engineering and development

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product management, operations, and business development—to meet program objectives

  • Author, review, and optimize SOPs with a focus on reproducibility

  • Identify and troubleshoot scientific deviations and recommend corrective strategies

  • Participate in product lifecycle from concept through feasibility, development, validation, and launch

  • Ensure all data is documented with integrity and accuracy according to GLP standards


Education & Experience:

  • PhD with 7+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 15+ years in R&D

  • Minimum 3–4 years of industrial experience

  • Strong focus in life sciences—cell/molecular biology, immunology, biotechnology, or biochemistry


Required Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with antibody development platforms: hybridoma, single B cell, recombinant

  • Deep knowledge in molecular biology, protein design, engineering, purification, and conjugation

  • Strong background in flow cytometry (single-cell sorting, immunophenotyping, panel design)

  • Proficiency in recombinant protein expression (various systems), ELISA, SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, IHC, and IF

  • Experience in fluorescence-based detection technologies and microscopy

  • Proven ability to solve scientific challenges with structured troubleshooting

  • Capable of developing commercial-ready products through rigorous scientific methodologies

  • Excellent communication, scientific writing, and leadership skills
