Job Purpose:

To lead GSK's Global Content and Marketing Operations, transforming how omnichannel marketing is executed using data-driven strategy, AI, and digital innovation across markets, platforms, and global stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set the vision for GSK’s internal digital agency model

  • Lead global content marketing operations, including outsourced centres in Mumbai, Delhi, and other global hubs

  • Leverage operational data to enhance insights and performance

  • Drive omnichannel excellence across all therapeutic areas

  • Oversee strategic partnerships with Accenture, WPP, Lionsbridge, etc.

  • Ensure robust risk management and Business Continuity Plans (BCP)

  • Standardize operations across geographies and reduce inefficiencies

  • Enable seamless customer journey execution in Europe, China, LATAM, Africa, South & Southeast Asia


Opportunities for Growth:

  • Shape and deliver GSK’s omnichannel strategy globally

  • Lead a high-performing, cross-functional team

  • Define and scale GenAI integration in marketing

Basic Qualifications:

  • 18+ years total experience, with at least 10+ years in digital marketing or strategy

  • 5+ years managing third-party operations

  • Experience in the pharma or healthcare industry

  • Proven skills in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and negotiation

  • Ability to manage complex, global programs


Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA with focus on digital/agile marketing

  • Experience leading AI-enabled marketing initiatives

  • Proven cross-regional leadership experience

  • Strategic program and change management expertise

  • Familiarity with latest digital tools, vendors, and trends


Travel Requirement:

  • Flexibility for extensive travel or long-term regional assignments
