The Global Learning Services (GLS) team plays a critical role in improving learner experiences, optimizing processes, and providing scalable learning solutions. GLS serves as a single-entry point for managing learning administration across global systems, enhancing our ability to provide data insights and improve decision-making. To further our vision, we are seeking a Senior Analyst (LMS Quality Lead) to support learning initiatives and manage multiple phases of project life cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance & System Optimization: Develop and implement quality assurance standards for the LMS, conduct regular audits, and troubleshoot LMS issues with vendors or technical teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance user experience, streamline workflows, and improve LMS efficiency. Implement system improvements based on feedback, analytics, and best practices.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Ensure data integrity within the LMS, oversee regular checks and validation processes, and track key metrics such as user engagement and course completion rates.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Standards: Ensure LMS compliance with industry regulations, data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and corporate policies. Collaborate with compliance teams to meet regulatory training requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with HR, IT, Learning & Development, and other teams to align LMS with organizational learning goals. Serve as a liaison between LMS users, support teams, and vendors.
  • Project Management: Manage LMS system improvements, updates, and implementations, ensuring alignment with business needs and timelines.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Deep understanding of LMS platforms and learning technologies (e.g., CSBX, Degreed, Xyleme).
  • Experience in quality assurance, process improvement, and system optimization within the LMS environment.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to interpret data, create reports, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Troubleshooting expertise to address system and user challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience working with IT, HR, and Learning & Development teams.
  • Project management experience in managing system improvements, updates, and LMS implementations.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of related experience in quality assurance, LMS, or learning solutions development.
  • Proficiency in eLearning software, training curriculum development, and the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with authoring tools like Articulate and Captivate.
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and adult learning principles.
