About the Team:

Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is an internal global Sanofi team that supports multiple units—Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, R&D, Data & Digital—by centralizing and executing processes for medical, HEVA (Health Economics and Value Assessment), and commercial organizations.


Main Responsibilities:

Content Development:

  • Create specialized scientific/medical content with minimal supervision.

  • Support end-to-end development and documentation in PromoMats/iEnvision.

  • Maintain and enhance therapeutic area expertise.

People:

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Global Business Units, medical/scientific community).

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals on content.

  • Mentor and assist other writers.

Performance:

  • Deliver high-quality publications and educational content (slide decks, abstracts, posters, manuscripts) on time.

  • Offer strategic support for content collaborations with key individuals and institutions.

Process:

  • Develop complex educational/publication materials.

  • Conduct publication-need analysis and implement annual publication plans.

  • Work with regional vendors to ensure smooth content delivery.

  • Use user feedback to improve content and delivery.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Work with scientific communication teams, product managers, MSLs, and the medical department to identify needs and deliver tailored content.


Requirements:

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical/healthcare content creation or academia.

Education:

  • Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related discipline; or a medical degree.

Skills:

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Independent working capability and effective team collaboration.

  • Domain expertise in therapeutic areas, publication submission, or project management.

Language:

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
