Position Summary

The Senior Stratafix Specialist is responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining KOL relationships, and covering major hospitals for key surgical procedures across specialties like GYN, Orthopedics, Urology, and Cardiac. The role includes product promotion, technical support, and collaboration with local sales teams to conduct value-based MDA/Profed programs.


Major Duties & Responsibilities

1. Sales & Territory Management (100%)

  • Achieve 100%+ annual sales targets for the Stratafix portfolio.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key surgeons across specialties.

  • Execute product upgradation strategies and increase SFX penetration.

  • Map competition within territory and develop strategic conversion plans.

  • Organize value-based MDAs for skill development and customer engagement.

  • Implement key account-based strategies and manage channels/dealers.

  • Submit timely reports as per organizational requirements.

2. Quality, Regulatory & Compliance (QRC)

  • Report product complaints and adverse events within 24 hours.

  • Attend mandatory training sessions and submit records.

  • Use product samples and demo units only for designated purposes.

  • Follow bio-safety practices while handling samples.

  • Report evidence of product tampering, diversion, or counterfeiting.


Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor of Science / Engineering (MBA preferred).

Experience:

  • 5–8 years in Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industry (preferably Medical Devices).

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of SFX portfolio and surgical procedures.

  • Experience in sales management and achieving annual targets.

  • Key customer management and strong customer-centric approach.

  • Ability to organize product promotion and skill development activities.

  • Collaborative working style with local sales teams.
