Job Overview
Piedmont Medical Care Corp is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support its Outpatient Neurosurgery department. The role involves delivering high-quality patient care in alignment with established clinical standards and operational protocols. Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in compliance with nursing standards and institutional guidelines
Support neurosurgical outpatient procedures and follow-up care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Assist in patient education and post-visit instructions
Uphold safety, quality, and best practices throughout all clinical activities
Required Education
Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program
OR
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
Required Experience
No prior professional experience required; new graduates may apply
Licensure & Certification Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Georgia
OR
Valid NLC/eNLC Multistate RN License
Additional Qualifications
Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient surgical environment
