  • Participate in client calls to understand quality requirements from both process and target perspectives

  • Identify methods to achieve quality targets and implement in consultation with Operations/Team Manager

  • Detect errors efficiently and provide daily feedback (face-to-face and email) as per protocol

  • Ensure error correction by respective Operations associates

  • Coach employees to reduce errors and improve performance

  • Provide inputs to training teams to improve curriculum based on common mistakes

  • Test files/batches for new clients/processes for familiarization

  • Generate daily QA reports

  • Meet/exceed inspection efficiency, calibration, knowledge/skills, and productivity metrics

  • Record errors for organizational use
