Job Summary

The Lead – Delivery Quality is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery in medical coding and healthcare processes. The role involves monitoring quality metrics, coaching team members, implementing process improvements, and achieving organizational SLA targets.


Key Responsibilities

Quality Management & Oversight

  • Participate in client calls to understand quality requirements and targets.

  • Develop and implement methods to achieve quality targets in consultation with Operations Manager/Team Manager.

  • Identify errors and ensure high inspection efficiency.

  • Record and maintain organizational records of identified errors.

Coaching & Training

  • Provide face-to-face and written feedback to associates on errors.

  • Ensure correction of errors by Operations associates.

  • Coach employees to minimize errors and improve performance.

  • Provide feedback to training teams on common mistakes to enhance training curriculum.

Process Implementation & Reporting

  • Test files/batches for new clients/processes to ensure familiarity.

  • Generate QA reports daily.

  • Ensure attainment of Internal & External SLA as per process requirements.

  • Meet or exceed inspection efficiency, calibration, knowledge and skills scores, and inspection productivity rate.


Job Specifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in US healthcare RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) coding.

  • Experience in Client & Stakeholder Management and Team Management.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of quality metrics and tools.

  • Proficiency in process improvement, project management, and operational excellence.

  • Ability to monitor, analyze, and improve inspection efficiency and service delivery quality.

  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
