Job Description

Role Overview:

Responsible for ensuring coding quality and compliance through audits, coaching, and process improvements in accordance with internal and client standards.


Responsibility Areas

  • Participate in client calls to understand and align with quality requirements

  • Implement strategies to meet/exceed quality targets in coordination with Ops/Team Managers

  • Identify high-risk errors with high inspection efficiency

  • Deliver structured, daily feedback (face-to-face and via email) on errors

  • Ensure timely correction of errors by operations team members

  • Provide coaching to employees to reduce repeat errors and enhance performance

  • Share insights with the training team to improve training modules based on recurring issues

  • Test and familiarize with new files/batches for onboarding clients

  • Generate and maintain QA reports daily

  • Achieve and exceed targets on inspection productivity, efficiency, calibration, and skill scores

  • Record all identified errors in organizational systems

  • Ensure complete adherence to company policies and SLA parameters


Job Specification

  • Minimum 1.5 years of relevant and professional experience in healthcare quality control

  • Strong understanding of healthcare and coding processes

  • Proven ability in auditing, coaching, and conducting training refreshers
