Job Overview

Omega Healthcare is hiring a Quality Control Analyst – AR responsible for managing quality assurance activities within accounts receivable and coding processes.

The role involves monitoring daily operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, achieving client and internal metrics, and driving continuous improvement through audits, feedback, and training. The analyst will also track performance data, identify errors, and support teams in enhancing accuracy and productivity across revenue cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Quality Assurance & Auditing

Monitor daily coding and AR activities to ensure quality compliance.

Conduct audits and identify errors with high inspection efficiency.

Ensure adherence to internal and client-defined quality standards.

  1. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track and analyze quality metrics and performance data.

Generate daily QA reports and maintain quality status reports.

Ensure achievement of SLA targets and productivity metrics.

  1. Error Identification & Correction

Identify recurring errors and ensure timely correction by operations teams.

Record and document errors for organizational tracking and analysis.

Maintain inspection efficiency and calibration scores.

  1. Coaching & Training

Provide face-to-face and email-based feedback to team members.

Coach employees to minimize errors and improve performance.

Support training teams by identifying common mistakes and improvement areas.

Conduct refresher sessions and quality feedback discussions.

  1. Process Improvement

Identify methods to achieve quality targets and implement improvements.

Participate in new process testing and client onboarding activities.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes.

  1. Stakeholder Interaction

Participate in client calls to understand quality expectations.

Collaborate with operations managers and team leads.

Ensure alignment with process requirements and quality goals.

Required Skills

Quality & Auditing

Strong experience in quality control, audits, and process monitoring.

Knowledge of inspection efficiency, calibration, and SLA metrics.

Healthcare & Coding Knowledge

Understanding of healthcare concepts and revenue cycle processes.

Knowledge of ICD-9, CPT, HCPCS, EMR, and medical billing.

Analytical & Problem Solving

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Ability to identify patterns, resolve issues, and improve processes.

Communication & Training

Effective communication and feedback delivery skills.

Ability to coach and train team members.

Operational Skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality control or healthcare operations

Experience in auditing, coaching, and training
