Locations: Bradenton, Jacksonville, Orlando, Coral Springs, Sarasota, Venice, FL
Type: Full-time and Part-time
Options: Onsite, Hybrid (50/50 remote for Bradenton), and Flexible Schedules Available

About Us:
Refresh Mental Health (RMH) within Comprehensive MedPsych Systems offers a range of behavioral and mental health treatments, including individual and group therapy, medication management, and intensive outpatient programs. Required Qualifications:

  • Clean and unrestricted Florida medical license.
  • Board Certified Psychiatrist.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in outpatient care.
  • Excellent communication, patient relations, time management, and safety awareness skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Dual licensing as a mental health and substance use clinician.
  • At least 1 year of experience in primary care or related settings.
  • Experience facilitating psychotherapy, process, and psycho-educational groups.
  • Experience with Shared Medical/Behavioral Health Appointments.
  • Experience in creating educational materials and presentations on mental health and substance use.
  • Crisis intervention experience.
  • Experience with geriatrics or as a Certified Geriatric Specialist.
  • Knowledge of health psychology and behavioral medicine.
  • Familiarity with hierarchical condition category (HCC) coding.

Additional Requirements:

  • AHCA Level II background check (fingerprinting) for Florida residents, required every five years for those with direct patient contact or access to confidential data.
  • Adherence to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy for remote employees.
