Job Title: Freelance Person Responsible for Local Literature Screening (0.5 FTE)

Job Description: We are seeking a freelancer/consultant to join our team as the Person Responsible for Local Literature Screening at 0.5 FTE. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work within an international team and contribute to the growth of pharmacovigilance and safety initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct local scientific literature monitoring and national safety web portal surveillance for adverse event reports and safety information, in compliance with PrimeVigilance’s procedures and client-specific guidelines.
  • Develop and/or adjust search strategies by selecting appropriate search terms and identifying local equivalents to optimize results based on available sources.
  • Provide translation or revision of relevant documents as needed.
  • Ensure proper file maintenance according to PrimeVigilance’s procedures and meet local security and data privacy requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Nursing, or related fields.
  • Fluent in both English and German.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be set up to work as a freelancer/consultant.
