EVERSANA’s Medical Information Contact Centre (MICC) in Pune is hiring fresh and passionate talent for the roles of Medical Information Specialist and Medical Information Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global healthcare solutions provider delivering high-quality, patient-centric support.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, and caregivers with accurate, empathetic, and well-researched information
Document all interactions and ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements
Escalate complex queries to senior medical staff or appropriate teams as required
Maintain current knowledge of products and therapeutic areas
Ensure quality communication with a high degree of professionalism
Requirements:
0–1 year of experience in a healthcare or contact center environment
Excellent command over English (both written and verbal) is mandatory
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related healthcare field preferred
Willingness to work US Shifts and from the Pune office
