Research Nurse – Dallas, TX (Weekend Overnight Shift)

Shift: Weekend Overnight (Friday to Sunday, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
Location: On-site – Dallas, TX

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care during clinical trials
Perform cannulations, telemetry, vitals, ECGs, venipuncture
Administer investigational drugs per protocol guidelines
Collect/process biological samples and maintain accurate documentation
Educate participants and obtain informed consent
Observe and record adverse events and act accordingly
Transcribe data to Case Report Forms (CRFs) and e-systems
Maintain compliance with ICH-GCP, safety, and ethical standards
Adapt to changing priorities in a high-paced environment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Current RN or LPN license in applicable state (Paramedics must be certified)
0–1 years of clinical experience in nursing or emergency care
EMT, CMA, CNA, or Phlebotomy certification preferred
Strong time management and adaptability
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable working in an electronic data capture environment
Commitment to protocol adherence and patient safety
