Job Title: Freelance Person Responsible for Local Literature Screening (0.5 FTE)

Job Description: We are looking for a freelance or consultant professional to join our team as the Person Responsible for Local Literature Screening at 0.5 FTE. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with an international team while contributing your expertise to pharmacovigilance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform local scientific literature monitoring and national safety web portal monitoring for adverse event reports and safety information in line with PrimeVigilance and client-specific procedures.
  • Formulate and adjust search strategies, selecting search terms and identifying local equivalents to achieve optimal results from available sources.
  • Provide translation or revision of relevant documentation upon request.
  • Ensure proper file maintenance in accordance with PrimeVigilance procedures, adhering to local security and data privacy requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Nursing, or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English and German (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be set up to work as a freelancer/consultant.
