About the Job:

Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is an internal Sanofi resource organization that centralizes processes supporting Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. SBO aims to be a strategic partner for Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations globally.

Main Responsibilities:

Project Management Support:

  • Ensure end-to-end effective project delivery for publication/medical education deliverables.

  • Initiate and amend submissions based on comments as required.

  • Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Track activity delivery, manage issues and risks, and follow up as necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with submission, approval, and publication management processes (e.g., iEnvision, PromoMats, DAM).

  • Manage and track external spend, approvals, purchase orders, and goods received.

People Management:

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with end stakeholders in the medical and scientific community.

  • Lead and develop SBO operations associates.

  • Leverage new technologies to enhance operations.

Performance and Process Management:

  • Deliver publication/medical education materials (slide decks, abstracts, posters, manuscripts) on time and with high quality.

  • Develop tools, technologies, and processes to improve quality and productivity.

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with scientific communication and medical content enhancement teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

About You:

  • Experience: 3-5 years post-qualification experience.

  • Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Technical Skills: Project management, scientific/medical writing/communications, and pharma industry experience (therapeutic domain knowledge and/or publication submission).

  • Education: University degree (graduate level, preferably in science). Advanced/postgraduate degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a similar discipline desirable.

  • Languages: Excellent spoken and written English.
