Project Manager – Connected Devices (Clinical Trials)

Job Summary:

IQVIA is hiring a Project Manager – Connected Devices to oversee end-to-end execution of full-service clinical trials across all phases. In this hybrid role, you’ll lead cross-functional teams to manage timelines, risks, financials, and ensure customer satisfaction for projects focused on innovative digital health and connected device integration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, initiate, and execute clinical trial projects according to defined Scope of Work

  • Lead cross-functional teams for successful delivery of connected device solutions

  • Monitor timelines, track project risks, and implement corrective actions under guidance

  • Prepare project documentation and deliver presentations at internal/external meetings

  • Ensure financial accuracy, revenue recognition, and timely change order execution

  • Conduct post-project reviews to confirm all deliverables are completed

  • Communicate issues impacting budget, quality, or timelines with leadership

  • Support performance feedback for project team members to drive growth


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Healthcare (preferred)

  • ~3 years of clinical trial or healthcare project management experience (preferred)

  • Strong leadership and communication abilities

  • Experience working with cross-functional and client-facing teams

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools

  • Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively across stakeholders and resolve issues proactively
