As a Senior Medical Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and evaluating clinical projects, ensuring alignment with internal processes, contract requirements, and regulatory compliance. This role offers end-to-end clinical trial exposure, from safety data oversight to project coordination, enabling you to make a measurable impact on patient health outcomes worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, review, and analyze safety data using line listings, dashboards, and visualization tools to identify trends, coding consistencies, and follow-up needs with investigator sites.

  • Summarize safety findings for review meetings and contribute to the preparation and review of aggregate safety reports.

  • Assist in the creation and review of study-specific Safety and Medical Management Plans, ensuring alignment with contract deliverables.

  • Manage routine project implementation, including forecasting, monitoring metrics, and budget considerations.

  • Track the status of data review and escalate delays or risks to stakeholders, including study leads.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clinical and data management project teams.

  • Support training and mentoring of junior staff, as required.

  • Participate in client, investigator, and business development meetings as needed.

  • Apply problem-solving and critical thinking to resolve complex project challenges efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, or related field; RN license or Physician’s Assistant certification preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in clinical safety, clinical research monitoring, pharmacovigilance, or a combination thereof. Prior exposure to medical project coordination in clinical trials is essential.

  • Knowledge & Skills:

    • Good Clinical Practice (GCP) knowledge for medical oversight and SAE processing.

    • Understanding of drug development, safety reporting, and coding for safety data trends.

    • Familiarity with biostatistics, clinical data management, and trial procedures.

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

    • Excellent oral and written communication with high attention to detail.

    • Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.

    • Positive and professional demeanor under challenging circumstances.

Work Environment

  • Fully remote, India-based role with occasional travel as required.

  • Standard work schedule: Monday to Friday.

  • Requires use of standard office technology and proficiency in project tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
