Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Lead (Project Manager) who will be responsible for the on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of digital and web-based projects. The ideal candidate should be a proactive, adaptable individual who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Understand the scope, goals, and deliverables of the project.
Communicate project requirements effectively to team members and stakeholders.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Liaise with stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Prepare and deliver project documentation including progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
Monitor and report on project progress; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Define and disseminate project success criteria to relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience
Postgraduate degree (MBA, M.Pharm, or equivalent).
6 to 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in web/digital-based projects.
Exposure to all aspects of project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Technical & Professional Skills
Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Working knowledge of current and emerging technologies.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and adaptability in changing environments.
Ability to research and apply project-related technologies and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP Certification.
Experience in life sciences or healthcare organizations.
Personal Attributes
Self-starter with a proactive attitude.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
