Role Overview

You will be responsible for driving product promotion and sales within the assigned region, focusing on cardiometabolic products (Diabetes & Obesity). The role involves engaging healthcare professionals, achieving sales KPIs, and supporting the company’s strategic objectives in the territory.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Identify and map key stakeholders in the assigned region.

  • Promote company products, address queries, and secure prescriptions.

  • Meet call frequency, coverage, personal order bookings, and other sales KPIs.

  • Conduct prescription audits and competitive analysis.

Supply & Market Management

  • Ensure timely supply and availability by liaising with C&FA agents and stockists.

  • Provide feedback on market developments to sales leadership.

  • Support strategic segmentation of doctors and territory management.

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Organize approved educational activities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and maintain disciplined reporting and administrative processes.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharma or Life Sciences (full-time).

  • 1–5 years’ pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in diabetes products.

  • Strong knowledge of territory, market, and stockists.

  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
