Principal Product Ops Analyst – Syneos Health (Salem, India)

Job Summary

Syneos Health is seeking a skilled Principal Product Ops Analyst with strong expertise in clinical trial management systems (CTMS), Veeva Vault platforms, and end-user support within a clinical operations environment. If you're a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for streamlining clinical trial processes and ensuring data quality compliance, this is the ideal pharma operations opportunity for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the central point of contact for Veeva Vault CTMS, eTMF, Payments, and SSU modules.

  • Guide end users in data setup, site monitoring, reporting, and template navigation.

  • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for internal teams and support efficient platform use.

  • Perform system administration: Vault Directory maintenance, object setup, data fixes, and ad hoc reporting.

  • Handle advanced support queries, ensuring SOP compliance and issue resolution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive process improvement through root cause analysis.

  • Maintain data quality standards and perform quality reviews.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)

  • Minimum 2 years of end-user business process support for CTMS or eTMF systems (Veeva Vault preferred)

  • Previous clinical research experience in CRA, documentation, or clinical operations

  • Strong knowledge of site monitoring and management in clinical trials

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities


Preferred Experience

  • Clinical trial software: Veeva Vault CTMS, eTMF, Payments, SSU

  • CRO or pharmaceutical company background

  • Operational process support (not IT technical support)
