Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Healthcare Consultant / Product Manager to join our Healthcare Consulting practice.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in:
Leading product strategy
Managing end-to-end product lifecycle
Delivering innovative healthcare consulting solutions
This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including consulting, technology, and marketing, to ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Development
Lead the end-to-end development and enhancement of healthcare consulting products and services.
Ensure product initiatives align with business goals, market demands, and organizational vision.
Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
2. Market & Competitor Research
Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis.
Identify customer needs, emerging trends, and industry opportunities.
Use insights to shape product roadmap and strategy.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams (consulting, technology, marketing) and external clients.
Gather and document requirements to ensure seamless product execution.
Facilitate communication to ensure alignment across teams.
4. Performance Monitoring
Track and evaluate product performance metrics.
Make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
Identify and resolve product-related issues proactively.
5. Customer Engagement
Serve as the primary contact for clients on product-related queries.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and relationship management.
Handle team alignment and conflict resolution as needed.
6. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on emerging healthcare technologies, best practices, and industry regulations.
Drive innovation within product offerings.
Recommend improvements to enhance consulting capabilities.
Qualifications
Education
MBA or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Experience
6+ years of experience in the healthcare domain as a Consultant, Product Manager, or in a similar product-focused role.
Hands-on experience in areas such as:
Claims
Enrollment
Medicare / Medicaid
Interoperability
PBM
Provider operations
Value-based payments
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic, cross-functional environments.
Deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
