Key Responsibilities:
Review and update the procurement process regularly and ensure adherence to the process.
Analyze spend for the affiliate, category, and department-wise.
Release RFPs and support business with the right vendor selection.
Ensure contract compliance and define vendor KPIs and SLAs, as applicable.
Conduct proper due diligence on vendors for risk and rate assessment.
Manage risk and compliance effectively.
Support business in negotiating and onboarding vendors.
Provide regular training to affiliates on policy and procedures.
Support auditors with required data and maintain contracts and related documents centrally.
Create and share dashboards with management on a monthly basis.
Manage vendor optimization projects and strategic sourcing initiatives to support business goals.
Maintain KPIs related to monthly savings, internal audits, compliance, and TAT management.
Ensure the use of technology in the procurement strategy by promoting Ariba Catalogs and Guided Buying content for purchasing goods and services.
Follow the risk assessment process for vendors interacting with the site.
Drive usage of E-Invoicing with suppliers and assist in resolving invoicing issues.
Utilize e-procurement tools in line with procurement strategies.
Maintain procurement documentation.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field.
At least 7+ years of experience in a pharma manufacturing procurement role.
Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, and/or procurement.
Proven experience in negotiating and drafting supply and service contracts.
Ability to work autonomously, prioritize responsibilities, and take action.
Independent decision-maker with the ability to influence diverse groups, both internally and externally.
Proficient in MS Office tools, with preference for experience in SAP/Ariba.
Strong teamwork, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated learning agility and adaptability to change within a multinational environment.
Other Information:
The role is based onsite in LCCI Hyderabad, with the incumbent required to be in the office most days of the week.
