Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Process & Vendor Management:

    • Regularly review and update procurement processes to ensure adherence.

    • Manage affiliate spend, category, and department-wise procurement.

    • Release RFPs (Request for Proposals) and assist the business in selecting the right vendors.

    • Ensure contract compliance and define vendor KPIs and SLAs.

    • Perform due diligence on vendors, assessing risks and rates.

    • Provide risk and compliance management support.

  • Stakeholder & Training:

    • Negotiate and onboard vendors, supporting the business as needed.

    • Conduct regular training on policies and procedures for affiliates.

    • Support auditors by providing required data and maintaining procurement documentation.

  • Data & Reporting:

    • Create dashboards and reports to update management on procurement metrics.

    • Manage vendor optimization and strategic sourcing projects.

    • Maintain KPIs such as monthly savings, audits, compliance, and TAT management.

  • Technology & Risk Assessment:

    • Drive the use of Ariba Catalogs, Guided Buying content, and E-invoicing tools in procurement.

    • Ensure risk assessment processes are followed with vendor interactions.


Basic Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or similar fields.

  • Experience: At least 7+ years of experience in pharma manufacturing procurement.

  • Previous experience in supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement.

  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating and drafting contracts for supplies and services.

  • Strong decision-making and influencing skills with internal and external groups.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with SAP/Ariba is preferred.

  • Strong teamwork, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to adapt to changes in a multinational environment.

  • Location: The position is based onsite in LCCI Hyderabad, and the incumbent will need to work from the office most days of the week.
