Job Description:

  • Manage day-to-day coaching activities for employees

  • Track and analyze data trends for performance improvement

  • Understand quality requirements from process and target perspectives

  • Train new joiners effectively on Medical Billing concepts and guidelines

  • Monitor trainee productivity and quality as per OJT glide path/ramp-up targets

  • Implement improvement programs for poor performers

  • Provide continuous structured feedback

  • Educate on client specifications, guidelines, and latest coding updates

  • Conduct one-on-one sessions on repeated errors

  • Provide feedback on trainee productivity and quality to Team Leads
