Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking qualified professionals for the role of Pharmacovigilance Case Processing Executive. This position is ideal for life science graduates with strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience in safety case management.


Position Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end case processing activities within the pharmacovigilance function, ensuring compliance with global and local regulatory standards. This role requires proficiency in safety databases, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a performance-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and process complex safety data, including accessing, coding, and entering case details in Argus.

  • Execute all stages of the PV case-handling process with full competency and accuracy.

  • Ensure adherence to global and regional procedural documents, Patient Safety guidelines, policies, and compliance frameworks.

  • Manage follow-up activities to support case completeness and regulatory timelines.

  • Contribute to the enhancement of safety systems, process improvements, and quality initiatives.

  • Foster a high-performance culture aligned with organizational goals.

  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Work effectively within cross-functional teams to meet operational deadlines.


Required Experience

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance, Case Processing, Drug Safety Operations, or related life science functions.


Educational Qualifications

Candidates must possess one of the following degrees:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc)

  • Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

  • Master of Science (M.Sc)

  • Any equivalent Life Science graduation or post-graduation
