Job Overview

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring Pharmacovigilance Case Processing Executives to support global drug safety operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and process adverse event cases by accessing safety databases such as Argus.

  • Perform accurate data entry, medical review support, and coding in compliance with global pharmacovigilance standards.

  • Execute all steps of the end-to-end case handling lifecycle, including intake, processing, and follow-up.

  • Ensure adherence to global and local SOPs, pharmacovigilance regulations, and patient safety objectives.

  • Conduct and document case follow-up activities with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support the development and implementation of new safety-related systems, workflows, and process improvements.

  • Maintain high-quality standards while meeting strict regulatory timelines.

  • Collaborate effectively within a team-driven, performance-oriented work environment.


Experience Required

  • 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in Pharmacovigilance Case Processing or Drug Safety Operations.

  • Practical exposure to ICSR handling, safety databases (Argus preferred), and regulatory reporting workflows.


Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

  • Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc)

  • Master of Science (M.Sc)

  • Any Life Sciences graduate with relevant pharmacovigilance experience may apply.
