Role Overview

As a Pharmacovigilance Services Senior Analyst, you will manage ICSR processing and safety surveillance activities, contribute to solving complex PV challenges, and oversee small work efforts or teams while ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements and client standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Affiliate Mailbox and reconcile safety reports as per defined processes.

  • Perform written follow-ups for both serious and non-serious adverse event cases.

  • Handle case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups in safety databases.

  • Conduct analysis and solve increasingly complex problems.

  • Collaborate daily with peers, with occasional interaction with clients and Accenture management.

  • Work independently with minimal instruction on daily tasks and moderate guidance on new assignments.

  • Make decisions impacting own work and potentially team output.

  • Function as an individual contributor or oversee a small team/work effort.

  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.


Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (mandatory).

  • Experience: 5–8 years in pharmacovigilance or drug safety.

  • Core Skills:

    • Strong ability to establish client relationships.

    • Effective teamwork and collaboration.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
