Patient Solutions Co-Ordinator
Location: New Delhi, India
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Estimated Salary: ₹6 – ₹9 LPA (based on industry standards and experience level)

About the Role:
Sanofi is seeking a Patient Solutions Co-Ordinator to lead the regional implementation and operational oversight of the Saath 7 patient support program (PSP), specifically in the area of diabetes care. This role is instrumental in ensuring smooth patient onboarding, quality support services, regulatory compliance, and meaningful engagement with healthcare providers and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Implementation & Execution:

  • Manage end-to-end operations of Patient Program (PP) in line with Sanofi SOPs, compliance norms, and country-specific regulations.

  • Drive patient enrollment, adherence, and program efficiency across the assigned region.

  • Liaise with third-party service providers to ensure effective delivery and monitor program impact with continuous improvements.

  • Coordinate diagnostic initiatives like Dry Blood Spot (DBS) testing and High-Risk Testing, while ensuring e-consent and process adherence.

Patient Interaction & Support Oversight:

  • Guide and supervise counselors to deliver impactful education on disease awareness, adherence, and lifestyle modifications.

  • Maintain effective communication channels between patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to drive satisfaction and outcomes.

  • Implement patient services across multiple therapy areas, ensuring uniform standards and smooth coordination.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, internal Sanofi departments (Medical, Regulatory, PV), and service providers.

  • Support the PP Head and PP Manager in aligning strategic goals and compliance across functions.

Operational & Compliance Management:

  • Monitor and report PP performance data in compliance with Sanofi and country-specific regulations.

  • Ensure robust Pharmacovigilance (PV) and Product Technical Complaint (PTC) reporting—communicating adverse events and quality issues within 1 working day.

  • Comply with data privacy policies: coordinators are not allowed to access or handle patient data directly; ensure all handling is done via third-party providers under DPDPA and Sanofi privacy norms.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Track trends, propose innovative program enhancements, and bridge operational gaps to better engage patients and caregivers.

  • Train field personnel and maintain ethical, compliant execution of all patient activities.

About You:

  • 3–5+ years in the pharma or healthcare industry, with prior experience in patient support programs preferred.

  • Familiarity with pharma compliance, regulatory frameworks, and HCP engagement protocols.

  • Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or Social Work.

Skills:

  • Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

  • Team handling experience is an added advantage.

  • Sound knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and handling large datasets.

  • Understanding of product/market dynamics and patient-centric healthcare models.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
