Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution:

    • Develop recruitment, retention, and site engagement strategies for clinical programs.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (PMO, TA, PDO, IPE Lead Team) to align and execute strategic plans.

    • Conduct environmental/situational analysis to support development of recruitment strategies.

  • Stakeholder & Patient Insight Integration:

    • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the indication, market landscape, and patient behavior.

    • Focus on patients’ needs, attitudes, behaviors, and their care circle.

    • Establish strong site relationships to understand site needs and integrate insights into planning.

  • Innovation & External Perspective:

    • Identify and implement innovative solutions that meet patient and site needs.

    • Act as a voice for the external stakeholder inside the organization.

    • Continuously benchmark industry trends and evolve strategies accordingly.

  • Performance Tracking & Optimization:

    • Define KPIs and conduct ROI analysis for continuous improvement.

    • Partner with recruitment leads and managers to monitor study health and proactively resolve issues.


Education and Experience Guidelines:

  • Required:

    • Bachelor’s Degree (MBA or scientific advanced degree preferred)

    • Minimum 7 years of business experience in strategic/digital marketing or clinical operations

    • Experience in patient recruitment/retention and site engagement

  • Preferred Competencies:

    • Strategy development and execution

    • Deep understanding of customer and market landscape

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

    • Ability to influence without direct authority in a matrixed environment

    • Flexibility in communication and interpersonal engagement across cultures and markets

    • Proficient in PowerPoint with strong presentation and writing skills

    • Effective global networking and virtual collaboration


Additional Details:

  • Travel Requirement: Up to 20% globally

  • Compensation Range (Annualized): $103,900 - $173,100 (Based on experience, education, location, and schedule)

  • Incentives: May include bonuses, incentive plans, and other benefits
