🎯 Role Overview

The Patient Solutions Coordinator will execute and oversee regional patient support operations under the Saath 7 initiative.
They will ensure smooth delivery of patient education, adherence support, and regulatory-compliant program management in collaboration with third-party service providers.


🩺 Main Responsibilities

1. Program Implementation & Execution

  • Execute and monitor Patient Program (PP) operations in compliance with SOPs, code of conduct, and national regulations.

  • Develop regional strategies to increase patient enrollment, engagement, and adherence.

  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure consistent service quality.

  • Evaluate program outcomes and implement improvements.

  • Serve as the regional point of contact for patient support initiatives.

  • Support medical teams (as needed) in Managed Access Programs (MAPs), Pre-Registration Import Licenses, and Diagnostic Testing operations.


2. Patient Interaction & Support

  • Oversee patient counselors to ensure timely, accurate, and empathetic support.

  • Guide teams in providing disease education, medication adherence, and lifestyle guidance.

  • Foster effective communication among patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.

  • Ensure consistent program implementation across therapy areas.


3. Stakeholder Management

  • Build partnerships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to expand program reach.

  • Work cross-functionally with Medical, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance (PV), and Quality teams.

  • Ensure alignment with Sanofi’s medical and quality standards.


4. Operational Management

  • Supervise data tracking and ensure compliance with reporting standards.

  • Identify process gaps and propose innovative improvements.

  • Ensure continuous program evaluation and operational efficiency.


5. Pharmacovigilance (PV) & Product Technical Complaint (PTC) Reporting

  • Ensure prompt reporting of all Adverse Events (AEs) to the PV team within 1 working day.

  • Submit PTC reports to the Country Quality Team within 1 working day.

  • Monitor adherence to PV and quality reporting protocols.

  • Collaborate with third-party providers to maintain data accuracy and compliance.


6. Compliance & Data Privacy

  • Enforce strict compliance with Sanofi’s policies, SOPs, and regulatory frameworks.

  • Oversee adherence to Data Privacy standards under DPDPA.

  • Ensure patient data is handled only by authorized third-party providers.

  • Prevent unauthorized access, use, or sharing of sensitive information.


🧠 About You

Experience

  • 4–5 years in Patient Support Programs, Pharmaceutical Operations, or Healthcare Management.

  • Strong understanding of pharma compliance, regulatory environment, and patient engagement.

Education

  • Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or Social Work.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent understanding of Patient Support Program (PSP) structures.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and handling large databases.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Product and market knowledge in relevant therapeutic areas.

  • English language fluency (spoken & written).
