Job Overview

We are seeking a Patent Search Senior Analyst to join our Intellectual Property Search team in Noida. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with Fortune 100 clients and contribute across multiple stages of the IP lifecycle. The position is suited for professionals who want to work on high-impact global IP projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.


Experience Required

Minimum Experience: 2 years in IP services, patent searches, or telecom standards analysis.
Candidates with hands-on experience in SEP analysis, invalidity searches, or wireless communication technologies will be preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform patentability, invalidity, freedom-to-operate (FTO), SEP, and evidence-of-use (EOU) searches.

  • Prepare detailed reports and technical analyses to support IP strategy for global clients.

  • Manage end-to-end ownership of work deliverables and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

  • Maintain adherence to client timelines, internal workflows, and organizational quality standards.

  • Continuously enhance technical knowledge in emerging wireless communication technologies.

  • Ensure complete compliance with predefined quality benchmarks and IP research guidelines.


Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Wireless Communication, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related domains.

  • Strong understanding of 3G, LTE, LTE-A, 5G, IEEE standards, and related wireless communication technologies.

  • Knowledge of intellectual property principles and US patent regulations.

  • Ability to conduct advanced patent search activities including invalidity, patentability, SEP essentiality, and EOU analysis.

  • Proficiency with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and relevant analytical tools.


Preferred Skills

  • PhD in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields.

  • Experience in standard-essentiality analysis and IP assessment.

  • Certifications in IP, telecommunications, or patent analytics.

  • Familiarity with CN and EP patent laws.


About the Team

You will be part of a specialized team of 60+ professionals supporting global clients across the United States, APAC, and EMEA regions. The team focuses on wireless communication technologies and delivers comprehensive IP search and analytical services.


Work Schedule

  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week (IST).

  • Hybrid work model based in Noida.
