Job Overview

We are seeking a Patent Search Senior Analyst to support global intellectual property projects, particularly within the wireless communication domain. This role provides the opportunity to work with Fortune 100 clients and contribute to strategic decision-making across the IP lifecycle. The position is ideal for individuals looking to grow within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.


Experience Required

Fresher eligible (0 years).
Candidates with internships or basic exposure to telecom technologies, IP searching, or patent analysis will be considered an advantage.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Standard Essential Patent (SEP) analysis, invalidity searches, patentability searches, and claim chart development.

  • Prepare detailed technical and analytical reports to support client requirements.

  • Review analyses performed by junior team members to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Manage assigned work products end-to-end, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and organizational policies.

  • Continuously update technical knowledge in wireless communication and emerging technologies.

  • Follow established quality assurance processes to meet client expectations.


Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Wireless Communication, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields.

  • Foundational understanding of wireless communication standards such as 3G, LTE, LTE-A, 5G, and IEEE standards.

  • Basic knowledge of intellectual property fundamentals and US patent laws.

  • Ability to work with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and essential analytical tools.

  • Interest in SEP analysis, patent searching, or IP research.


Preferred Skills

  • PhD in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related engineering domains.

  • Exposure to standard essentiality analysis or technical IP assessments.

  • Certifications in intellectual property or telecom technologies.

  • Familiarity with video codec standards.


About the Team

You will be part of a large, experienced team of over 200 professionals working across multiple technology domains. The team supports clients in the United States, India, and the United Kingdom, providing high-quality patent search and analysis services within a structured, collaborative environment.


Work Schedule

  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week (IST).

  • Hybrid work model based out of Noida.
