Job Title: Outpatient Clinical Manager

Job Description:
The Crossroads Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as an Outpatient Clinical Manager. The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in social work and/or counseling, possess an LISW/LISW-S or LPCC/LPCC-CS certification, and have at least three (3) years of leadership experience in a clinical role, particularly in serving clients with mental health and/or substance use disorders.

As the Outpatient Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the daily provision of clinical services based on evidence-based practices. This includes overseeing medication-assisted treatment, office-based opioid treatment, intensive outpatient services, outpatient group services, and aftercare services. You will also play a key role in the development and standardization of clinical services, including specialized programs and curricula.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in social work and/or counseling.
  • LISW/LISW-S or LPCC/LPCC-CS certification required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a clinical role with progressive leadership responsibilities.
  • Experience in multiple treatment settings (e.g., inpatient, partial, outpatient, and/or residential) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and use of evidence-based practices.
  • Supervisory experience with a working knowledge of regulatory guidelines affecting treatment programs.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Direct supervision of outpatient clinicians, peer supporters, and care coordinators to ensure the efficacy of services provided.
  • Conduct performance reviews and develop performance improvement plans.
  • Provide conflict resolution and active supervision of team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor outpatient team members to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and continuous learning.
  • Oversee performance reviews, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based and culturally specific models of care to promote client recovery.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities and the tracking of data.
  • Assist in improving the quality of services by implementing new techniques, procedures, and systems.
  • Monitor clinician productivity and help expand services for new and existing programs.
  • Ensure timely completion of documentation by clinicians.
  • Maintain consistent service provision by ensuring team member coverage during absences.

Physical Requirements:

  • Requires sitting for extended periods, talking, hearing, operating a computer, and reaching with hands and arms.
  • Occasional lifting or moving of up to 10 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
