Nurse Navigator – Syneos Health | Fresno, CA
Job Summary:
Syneos Health is hiring a Nurse Navigator to join its on-site healthcare team in Fresno, California. This role is ideal for experienced RNs or BSNs passionate about combining patient advocacy with pharmaceutical education. You'll manage patient communications, provide virtual training, and troubleshoot clinical concerns, all within a structured, pharma-aligned support model. Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls to support patients using pharmaceutical therapies
Collaborate with internal teams including Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Nurse Manager
Conduct virtual training sessions and respond to training-related inquiries
Educate patients using approved pharma materials, particularly for injectable treatments
Troubleshoot clinical issues and provide timely, effective resolutions
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain detailed communication logs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (RN or BSN required)
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or patient care, preferably in chronic conditions
Proficiency in managing injectable therapies
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Preferred: Experience supporting patients with autoimmune diseases or short bowel syndrome
