Role Overview
We are seeking a Medical Writer II to manage funding e-requests, maintain external funding databases, perform quality control (QC) checks on IIS requests, and develop high-quality project documentation. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills who can work independently as well as collaboratively within teams.
Key Responsibilities
Track and manage request management systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of funding requests.
Maintain and update external funding databases and learning platforms to ensure data consistency.
Perform QC checks on IIS requests and other related submissions.
Create, review, and update work instructions, resource tracking sheets, and project documentation in alignment with client and project requirements.
Support project planning, monitoring deliverables, and providing regular status updates to team leads.
Identify potential risks related to project timelines and propose mitigation actions to the Project Manager.
Communicate project value and progress clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
Provide assistance to team members in executing project responsibilities and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

Experience and Skills Required
3–4 years of experience in medical writing, healthcare, or life sciences domain.
Postgraduate degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related field from a recognized institution.
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documents.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
Commitment to producing high-quality, accurate deliverables.
