Role Overview
We are seeking a Medical Writer II to manage funding e-requests, maintain external funding databases, perform quality control (QC) checks on IIS requests, and develop high-quality project documentation. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills who can work independently as well as collaboratively within teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and manage request management systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of funding requests.

  • Maintain and update external funding databases and learning platforms to ensure data consistency.

  • Perform QC checks on IIS requests and other related submissions.

  • Create, review, and update work instructions, resource tracking sheets, and project documentation in alignment with client and project requirements.

  • Support project planning, monitoring deliverables, and providing regular status updates to team leads.

  • Identify potential risks related to project timelines and propose mitigation actions to the Project Manager.

  • Communicate project value and progress clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Provide assistance to team members in executing project responsibilities and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

Experience and Skills Required

  • 3–4 years of experience in medical writing, healthcare, or life sciences domain.

  • Postgraduate degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related field from a recognized institution.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documents.

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Commitment to producing high-quality, accurate deliverables.
