Job Purpose

Responsible for tracking request management systems, maintaining external funding databases, performing QC checks on IIS requests, and processing them within the platform. The role requires high-quality document development, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities

Project & Request Management

  • Track and maintain request management systems.

  • Maintain the external funding database and ensure accuracy.

  • Perform QC checks on IIS requests and process them efficiently.

  • Support team members in executing project responsibilities.

  • Provide input to project plan development and maintain resource tracking sheets.

  • Regularly update team leads on project progress and issues.

  • Identify risks related to workload and propose resolution actions.

  • Manage own workload to ensure delivery to agreed milestones.

Communication & Documentation

  • Create clear, concise written and oral communications.

  • Update client databases, learning platforms, and web-based applications for consistency.

  • Create and update work instructions as per request management system.

  • Review all deliverables for accuracy and consistency before submission.

  • Build rapport and maintain relationships with client colleagues.

Quality & Compliance

  • Demonstrate commitment to highest quality outputs.

  • Ensure team understands client requirements and relevant project information.

  • Exhibit attention to detail and adherence to standards.

  • Support documentation, ensuring compliance with client and company guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Postgraduate degree in Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences from a top-tier institute.

  • Experience: 3–4 years in healthcare or life sciences domain (excluding PV case processing).

  • Technical Skills:

    • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.

    • Ability to handle, clean, and update client databases and other web-based platforms.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Good attention to detail.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Commitment to quality outputs and proactive approach.

    • Team collaboration skills and ability to succeed in teams.
