🎓 Qualifications

  • Education: College Graduate

  • Experience: 0–1 Year in US Healthcare Operations / Contact Center

  • Mandatory Skills: Product Quality & Complaint Management (Pharma)

  • Excellent spoken and written English (grammar, punctuation, and spelling)

  • Strong telephone voice skills and active listening

  • Clear and professional email/written communication

Technical

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools, Outlook, and Internet usage

  • Working knowledge of computer operations

  • Ability to learn new processes and product updates quickly

🧭 Key Responsibilities

A. Call Management

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients/customers

B. Process Operations

  • Access and update Medusind PMS (Practice Management System)

C. Customer Support & Issue Resolution

  • Address patient payment queries

  • Verify and confirm open balances

  • Provide discount offers when applicable

  • Reconfirm online payment receipts

  • Troubleshoot payment issues for online transactions

  • Process patient credit card payments through secure portals

  • Update PMS with insurance details or address changes

  • Resolve patient statement disputes

  • Respond to FAQs related to insurance or clinic clarifications

D. Escalations

  • Identify and transfer Level II escalations to Medusind Inc.
