Job Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Review:

  • Develop evidence-based yet engaging content for social media, ads, blogs, and eBooks.
  • Review and evaluate content for accuracy, clinical relevance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with influencers and industry experts to create compelling content.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, biotech, marketing) to ideate and launch new product features.
  • Ensure medical content aligns with product strategy, messaging, and audience needs.
  • Stay updated on the latest health and wellness trends to maintain content accuracy.

Community & Customer Engagement:

  • Assist the social media and clinical support team in answering user queries and educating them.
  • Moderate our online community to maintain a safe space for users to share health-related insights.
  • Work with the community and clinical team to improve customer engagement & experience.

Internal Team Education:

  • Help develop educational materials and training programs for internal teams (marketing, product, customer service, and operations).

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in medicine (M.B.B.S / B.H.M.S / BDS).
  • Communication Skills: Ability to simplify and communicate complex medical information clearly.
  • Social Media Awareness: Understanding of social media trends and how to leverage them for health communication.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to Learn: Ability to stay updated on new medical research.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Comfortable working with multiple teams and new technologies.
