🏢 About the Role

The Medical Advisor is an experienced professional individual contributor working under limited supervision.
This role requires applying subject matter expertise in Medical Affairs to support clinical research, regulatory activities, and product development initiatives.


🎯 Main Purpose of the Role

  • Contribute to Medical Affairs operations by applying clinical and scientific knowledge to assigned projects.

  • Manage and oversee clinical trials, research execution, and data collection for company products.

  • Support protocol development, investigator engagement, and regulatory reporting processes.


⚕️ Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the direction, planning, and execution of clinical trials and research projects.

  • Contribute to the implementation of clinical protocols and support final report completion.

  • Recruit and coordinate clinical investigators, negotiating study design, timelines, and costs.

  • Direct Phase III and IV human clinical trials for products under development.

  • Participate in adverse event reporting and safety monitoring to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate preparation and submission of reports to regulatory agencies.

  • Monitor adherence to study protocols and ensure timely study completion.

  • Oversee investigator-initiated and group studies, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

  • Act as a consultant or liaison with partner corporations during licensing or collaborative projects.


🎓 Qualifications

  • Education: Associate’s Degree (or equivalent; ~13 years of education)

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, or a related function.
