Main Purpose of Role:
The Marketing Planning Manager is responsible for implementing a marketing and sales strategy for one or more of the organization’s complex, strategically significant products or services. The aim is to meet established sales or market share targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research, oversee product development and design, set prices, launch new products, and manage advertising campaigns to effectively market assigned products/services.
  • Analyze domestic and international market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities.
  • Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to generate new product ideas.
  • Identify necessary product/service changes to meet customer needs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, R&D) to implement these changes.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against these forecasts.
  • Adapt plans to improve the sales performance of the product/service.
  • Collaborate with advertising and promotions specialists to design effective sales campaigns and collateral.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associates Degree (± 13 years), Masters Degree (± 18 years) in Engineering
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in marketing or product management
