🧾 Job Description

The Senior Vice President, Global Marketing is responsible for shaping and executing Ergomed’s global marketing strategy to position the company as a trusted leader in clinical research, pharmacovigilance, and life sciences solutions.

  • Reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

  • Oversees brand, communications, portfolio marketing, client engagement, and demand generation

  • Collaborates closely with Senior Management and Functional Heads to cultivate strong, long-term client relationships

  • Integrates scientific, operational, and technological insights to differentiate Ergomed’s service solutions


🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement a global marketing and client engagement strategy for CRO and PV markets

  • Define key messaging pillars and corporate narratives to communicate Ergomed’s value proposition

  • Track and report marketing KPIs and performance indicators related to the sales pipeline

  • Translate industry insights and client needs into actionable marketing strategies

  • Monitor competitor marketing trends and support client retention strategies

2. Brand & Reputation Management

  • Strengthen Ergomed’s brand as a trusted, science-driven partner

  • Drive thought leadership through publications, conferences, and scientific forums

  • Ensure regulatory compliance across all marketing activities

  • Build relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and stakeholders to secure positive coverage

3. Portfolio, Client & Demand Generation Marketing

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for services across clinical, safety, and pharmacovigilance

  • Establish KPIs to measure marketing initiative effectiveness

  • Partner with business development to design campaigns generating qualified opportunities

  • Oversee demand generation programs leveraging digital, content, and targeted outreach

4. Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead a high-performing, globally distributed marketing team

  • Set short- and long-term goals for the team; oversee performance and talent development

  • Promote collaboration between Marketing, Internal Communications, Business Development, and Operations

  • Build a culture of accountability, innovation, and scientific credibility


🎓 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s, PhD, or MBA preferred in Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • Considerable marketing leadership experience, ideally in a CRO or PV service provider

  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and team management capabilities

  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and drive results

  • Willingness to travel extensively as required for business meetings
