Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a broad range of medical affairs content, including abstracts, manuscripts, congress posters, presentations, graphical abstracts, literature reviews, plain-language summaries, slide decks, educational resources, infographics, social media content, multimedia materials, and other external scientific communications.

  • Conduct research, compile and interpret technical and medical information, and deliver high-quality drafts with internal review support.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Medical Communications, Scientific Publications, Congress Teams, Digital Content Teams, and Generative AI working groups to produce compliant and impactful medical content.

  • With guidance from senior colleagues, provide content development solutions and partner with design, compliance, statistics, and generative AI teams to deliver optimized outputs.

  • Ensure accuracy, data integrity, and quality compliance across all developed materials.

  • Manage timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure all projects meet quality and delivery expectations.

  • Support development of training materials for therapeutic area priorities and maintain proficiency in tools and evolving generative AI platforms.

  • Track progress of assigned projects, resolve issues proactively, and align delivery with team lead expectations.

  • Stay updated on trends in medical content generation and continuously adopt industry best practices.

  • Train and develop expertise in content creation tools, ensuring knowledge-sharing across the MCCS team.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Advanced scientific degree: PhD, PharmD, MBBS/MD, MSc, MPH, or MPharm.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience developing medical content in pharmaceutical, academic, biotech, or CRO settings.

  • Strong scientific writing skills with the ability to summarize and interpret complex data accurately and persuasively.

  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.

  • Solid understanding of statistical principles and familiarity with epidemiologic concepts.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Ability to leverage technology tools relevant to medical content development.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience producing a wide range of medical content across therapeutic areas.

  • Expertise in assigned therapeutic domains.

  • ISMPP-CMPP certification.

  • Experience with multimedia, omnichannel content, and digital-first communication strategies.

  • Strong ability to adopt new technologies and digital tools rapidly.

  • Prior global exposure in professional or educational environments.
