Role Overview:

The Investigator Payments Coordinator was responsible for managing and executing payments to clinical investigators. The role required close coordination with internal teams, accuracy in financial operations, and adherence to compliance standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process investigator payments per study protocols and timelines.

  • Maintain accurate documentation aligned with regulatory requirements.

  • Resolve payment discrepancies with internal teams and handle investigator inquiries.

  • Contribute to process improvements in payment procedures.

  • Assist in generating payment-related financial reports and analyses.


Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

  • 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting (preferably in pharma/clinical research).

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., Sunshine Act, FMV).

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to perform in fast-paced environments.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial tools like SAP or Oracle.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
