Role Overview

As an IHCRA at ICON, you will support the planning, execution, and management of clinical trials from our Bangalore office or home. You will be a critical part of a diverse, dynamic team helping to deliver quality clinical research that advances medical innovation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, initiation, and execution of clinical trial activities.

  • Conduct site feasibility assessments and support site selection processes.

  • Coordinate with investigative sites to ensure adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor study progress and data collection activities to ensure data quality and accuracy.

  • Assist in preparation and review of study documentation and clinical reports.


Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in clinical research or a related domain is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail with effective prioritization skills.
