Role Overview
As an IHCRA at ICON, you will support the planning, execution, and management of clinical trials from our Bangalore office or home. You will be a critical part of a diverse, dynamic team helping to deliver quality clinical research that advances medical innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, initiation, and execution of clinical trial activities.
Conduct site feasibility assessments and support site selection processes.
Coordinate with investigative sites to ensure adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements.
Monitor study progress and data collection activities to ensure data quality and accuracy.
Assist in preparation and review of study documentation and clinical reports.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
Experience:
Prior experience in clinical research or a related domain is preferred.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail with effective prioritization skills.
