Job Summary

Syngene International Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Associate Executive to support and execute CSD scale-up batches in the BMS Chemical Development Laboratory (BCDL) and CSD Scale-up Lab. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on chemical process experience, strong technical knowledge, and a commitment to safety, compliance, and quality in a research-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute chemical processes and scale-up batches in BCDL with precision and adherence to technical skills and EHS guidelines.

  • Maintain accurate online documentation of experiments, batch records, and observations.

  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams within BCDL and CDAS to ensure smooth process execution.

  • Support process optimization and troubleshooting during scale-up activities.

  • Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory protocols to maintain compliance and ensure operational excellence.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (B.Sc.) from a recognized institution.

Experience Required

  • 0–2 years of hands-on experience in chemical process execution, preferably in kilo lab or pilot plant operations.

  • Exposure to chemical scale-up processes and laboratory documentation practices is highly desirable.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Knowledge of chemical plant operations, including pilot and kilo-scale synthesis.

  • Strong understanding of basic chemistry principles and process-related documentation.

  • Ability to follow technical procedures and ensure accurate recording of experimental data.

  • Effective coordination and communication skills to work within cross-functional teams.
