We are looking for an Analyst to join our Life Sciences and Healthcare Products business group in Noida. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and talented Biopharma Insights team. The team, comprising around 100 professionals, reports to the Director/Senior Director. We specialize in market research, forecasting, competitive analysis, and strategic insights. If you have expertise in pharmaceutical market research, forecasting methodologies, and data-driven decision-making, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret complex clinical and commercial data to identify market trends, assess business opportunities, and build market forecasts.
Translate therapeutic expertise, primary research findings, and secondary data into strategic insights tailored to client needs.
Develop and conduct primary market research surveys, including questionnaire design and interviews with healthcare professionals.
Deliver insights through well-structured reports and presentations that effectively communicate key takeaways to stakeholders.
Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments:
Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical Management.
2-4 years of experience in biopharma, healthcare, or market research.
Proficiency in pharmaceutical forecasting techniques, epidemiology-based forecasting, and sales data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
In-depth understanding of at least one therapeutic area, with the ability to track and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes.
Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting complex datasets and delivering clear, insightful reports.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly, concisely, and objectively to diverse audiences.
Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and capability to derive meaningful insights that contribute to business strategy and decision-making.
Preferred Skills:
Advanced degree (PhD in Pharmacy or Life Sciences) is a plus.
A flexible and collaborative approach to work.
Ability to interact and build relationships with co-workers.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
