Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Research & Data Analyst to join our Life Sciences and Healthcare Products business group in Noida. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic biopharma insights team of over 100 professionals, reporting to the Director/Senior Director.

As part of this role, you will leverage your expertise in pharmaceutical market research, data analysis, and therapeutic insights to support strategic decision-making for global healthcare clients. This position offers hybrid flexibility with collaboration both onsite and remotely.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct primary and secondary market research to gather clinical, commercial, and competitive intelligence.

  • Analyze complex datasets, draw actionable insights, and provide evidence-based recommendations on market trends and commercial opportunities.

  • Develop market sizing models and forecasts based on research data and domain expertise.

  • Design and execute primary research surveys, including questionnaires, interviews, and expert consultations with healthcare professionals.

  • Translate data and research findings into clear, concise, and impactful reports for internal stakeholders and global clients.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, relevance, and actionable insights.

  • Support the preparation of syndicated reports and therapeutic area analyses to inform client strategy and decision-making.


Qualifications and Prerequisites

  • Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Management, or related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in biopharma, healthcare, market research, or financial services; experience with global clients is a plus.

  • In-depth knowledge of at least one therapeutic area.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English, with clarity, precision, and objectivity.

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

  • Collaborative mindset and flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.

  • Experience interacting with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

  • Understanding of pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry landscapes.


About the Team

The Biopharma Insights team provides analytics, market intelligence, and strategic insights to pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and managed care organizations. We help clients evaluate new drug development opportunities, optimize marketed products, and make data-driven business decisions. Analysts in this team design, research, and present market studies that support strategic planning and competitive advantage.


Work Schedule

  • Full-time: 40 hours per week

  • Hybrid model: combination of remote and onsite collaboration in Noida
