About the Role:
The Healthcare Research & Data Analyst will join the LifeScience and Healthcare Products business group in Noida. This role is part of a large global Biopharma Insights team (~100 people) and offers the opportunity to work on market research, analysis, and insights generation for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare clients.
The role focuses on three core functions:
Primary and secondary market research
Writing and insights generation
Project management and execution
Key Responsibilities:
Research & Analysis
Critically analyze and interpret complex clinical and commercial data from multiple sources.
Evaluate market trends, assess commercial opportunities, and contribute to market forecasts.
Translate domain and therapeutic expertise along with primary and secondary research into actionable insights for clients.
Design and conduct primary research surveys with medical and healthcare experts.
Project Management & Reporting
Manage research projects and deliverables within deadlines.
Communicate insights clearly and concisely through reports and presentations.
Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders to meet client needs.
About You:
Education:
Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical Management (PhD is a plus)
Experience:
3–4 years in biopharma, healthcare, market research, or financial sectors
Experience working on biosimilars preferred
Exposure to global stakeholders is advantageous
Skills & Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of at least one therapeutic area
Strong analytical skills for complex datasets
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
High attention to detail
Flexible, collaborative, and able to work under pressure
About the Team:
The Biopharma Insights team provides analytics to pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and healthcare companies. They design, research, author, and present market research studies to help companies make strategic decisions about new drug development and management of marketed products.
